I think NXWM should operate a 28A service as a varient of Route 28. Route 28 could follow normal route then a route 28A could come out of Peacock Avenue but then go down the lichfield road and down Stubby lane, Broad Lane South, Fibbersley,Wellington Place, Wednesfield Road and Then to the mini island at the junction of Temple Bar and Bloxwich Road south Joining The 28 route down temple bar to Willenhall. This will mean Fibbersly, Broad lane south and Stubby Lane residents will have easier links to ashmore Park aswell as a NXWM service running down there(Broad Lane South and Stubby Lane). Some people who want to buy daysavers, have daysavers or National express west midlands travelcards wouldn't need to catch the 25/25A then the 59 if they want to go to ashmore(Wellington Place,Fibbersly And Broad Lane South) and people who want to get to ashmore, wolverhampton or the hospital from stubby lane don't have to walk down stubby lane and catch the 59.

They could Operate the 28 at every 60 Minutes and 28A at every 60 minutes and combine the 2 services together creating a 30 Minute frequency for most of the route (A bit like how they operate the 25/25A)

Tell Me what you think.

What about New Invention, Knights Bridge and Ashmore Lake that currently get served by the 28 and all the school kids that use this part of the service in the mornings and mid afternoons? They would only get a bus every hour. The old 28 saw very few passengers down Stubby Lane and Broad lane, maybe this is why they changed it? Midlands 57 serves this area also
