I wasn't suggesting it was, I was merely pointing out that you can't have it both ways!

Andy when I said that they wouldnt achieve expansion with 29 seateer buses I didnt mean it in the context that they should start deckering routes! Arriva wont achieve expansion in the WM on a big scale. Period
