Is there any reason why on VOSA today, route 23 is shown as cancelled from sometime in July.

Hmmmm.... Let the speculation commence..

reckon there might be an associated change to the 22 to accommodate?

Might be a registration tidying up exercise, similar to the 45/47 - the 47 is cancelled from 9 June but is incorporated in the same registration as the 45. Can't imagine for one minute that the 23 is being withdrawn.

I would imagine as the routes interwork and operate a combined frequency along a busy corridor it is a tidying up of registrations and the 22 and 23 will go onto 1 registration as the 45 and 47 have recently.
