The routes will be run by the operator who submits the best bid when they go out to tender. 
My locals:
2 - Birmingham to Maypole | 3 - Birmingham to Yardley Wood
11A/C - Birmingham Outer Circle | 27 - Yardley Wood to Frankley
76 - Solihull to QE Hospital | 169 - Solihull to Kings Heath

E 276 may not be tracking at present but the veh was at the no 6 bus stop opp 
    moor st around 2,30 pm on Monday  (23rd june)
