Avenue, Torrington Avenue, Station Avenue to normal line of route although it may add a few extra minutes to the route
Personally it wouldn't be worth doing. The route can be hard especially peak times to keep to time. The layover on it is the only thing that keeps it to time as it is. It'll be more beneficial if they did something with the 18 to serve it like turn it into a circular route

Isnt the 14 already quite a stretch to university of warwick?

this is a suggestion, wouldn't it be better to provide added frequency on the X1 between BHX and the City Centre? Maybe more journeys operated by BC to boost frequency and reduce overcrowding?

It would be greatly appreciated, the X1 Shorts are well overdue a return.

It seems the 5/5A are being cancelled and replaced by the 7 and a new 7A route
With stand changes for the above mentioned services

Expected this. The 7 was extremely unpopular in Holyhead Road, with everyone using X1. With the 5,5A gone, the 7 can finally become useful in the west Coventry section

Sandy Lane

NXC E130 on the 3 this morning had a cracked windscreen. Vertical about 300mm long at bottom of screen in n/side corner in front of entrance door. Wonder if the front LH pillar got knocked?

Interesting, first time, if I'm correct, a Z4xxx has operated in CV.

You are correct

Timetables are out for the 7&7A. The last 7 from Brownshill will be 19:51 instead of 19:30. Only the 7A will run through countdown to Norman Place Road meaning no buses will run down the 5A section past 8pm

The gap in the new 7 timetable for the Kingsbury Rd area would suggest the Stagecoach 7C is also being adjusted to run via the removed 5A route, let's hope they drop that pointless C suffix.
However the mismatched route lengths means the vehicles on the 7A during the Evenings and Sundays will seemingly park up at Coundon for 30 mins each hour.
