Return/Special Fares being discontinued!

Noticed various posters on various buses saying that special fares on certain services have been discontinued as of yesterday.

Services mentioned (I've seen!) include Wolves 10 & 11, Walsall 4, 34, 37, 39 & West Bromwich 40.

Bit short notice isn't it?

Nothing on the website either.

The only special fare I know of in the 4 and 40 is a return ticket

I suspect its in anticipation of the £2 fare cap from January to March next year,

What about the 31 & 32 in Walsall?

I was on a NX 40 branded route bus and there was no posters at all about these fares been cut

Well, the bus I saw it on was a Walsall 31 or 32 vehicle, but thinking about it, why would it be on a Walsall poster?

The poster definitely mentions the 4.

Maybe I imagined the 40 reference?
