Upcoming changes in Birmingham when Five Ways / Broad street closes ?

Hi All,

Am I right in thinking that sometime this year the top end of Broad Street and the Five Ways Underpass will / may close to facilitate the metro extension construction and track laying ?

With this in mind, I'm guessing that all the Hagley Road services will need to be diverted for quite a while either along Ladywood Middleway or along Bath Row again ? If they take the Bath Row route, could they then turn left at the bottom and use Paradise again or would they have to make a circular around city stopping by Grand Central, Moor Street, Priory Queensway, Snow Hill and then on to Colmore Row ?  ;)

Just thinking out loud here guy's and wondering what could happen this year perhaps in terms of times and routes etc.......n ::)
