Best and worst rotas?

Sam-it's around five hours straight,or six hours with a twenty minute break. I would add I'm not a driver and might be wrong but that is my understanding of the rules.

on a sunday , what are the domestic driving hours is it about 6 hours  :)

Is it not the same as the other six days ?
