TFWM Direct Debits unavailable

From the TFWM website

"Direct Debit ticket purchases for bus, train and tram will be unavailable on Monday morning (19 May), from 9am, due to essential website maintenance"

I'm not sure what the impact but will be, but so essential they couldn't do the maintenance on a Sunday?

Dont know if this is connected, but I've just tried to renew my 4 week Nbus regional at Walsall Bus Station Swift kiosk.

Both kiosks are only offering me the option to renew for 1 week only!

(Plus they seem to have changed some screens, unless its screens I wouldnt normally see, going straight for the renewal screen!)

Will have to come back later today & hopefully see a supervisor.

Update - It looks like my roughly 10 year old cards, both 'normal' & back up Paygo need to be withdrawn & I have to have new ones, so I need to go back to Walsall & see the TfWm guys again on Saturday!

I had the red joint NX / Swift one, after checking with sister, she has a purple one!

Fair enough, if they have be upgraded, but why would it only been flagged last minute?

If I had been notified earlier, I could've done something during my 2 week break at Easter!
