Would it be worth having a board just dedicated to bus routes with individual threads for companies? Stops clogging up the Operators boards?

All opinions and onions mentioned on here are mine and not those of any employer, current, past, present or future, or presented as fact, unless I prove it otherwise.

Poor @Winston. :P Seriously though, why an entire board? It's just only a certain member likes to create pointless topics and it leads to something like this... Two in NXWM, one in Diamond. I don't see this need to have its own board.

I do not see why anyone should not be able to post as long as they follow the rules and do not post rubbish.

The fact is most of the spam on this forum is coming from members who are children, and it puts off the longer standing members who have genuinely contributed useful debate and info. Just changing the post rules (noteworthy workings) and deleting the general discussion topics haven't worked...

Have to say I agree

To be honest I agree with Joe. Thing is people on here who post genuine stuff get over shadowed by people who post crap, then we people miss out on information and the forum gets clogged up with pointless posts, like X96 branded B7 showing NIS as a route branded off route.

Be very careful.......I have been pointing out for months that most posters on here are just spotters, are not and never will be bus enthusiasts.
My rewards for my pains........told to shut up,stop moaning, and if I don't like it then perhaps the forum is not for me and I should look elsewhere.
I repeat, the columns are full of rubbish posted by bits of kids the majority (though not all) of whom are mere number spotters with no thought or interest in buses or the wider sphere of operations......and most of them could do with learning to read and write English as well.
I realise I may have signed my own death warrant but what the hell.
There are several sites on the web where discussion of bus operators and their operations can be found,I know because I am a member of some of them.
The introduction of a separate section in the forum for mere number collectors may help, but who knows.
