Trainee Driver Interview Stage

Hi all,

I know I rarely post on here but I wanted to find out about the interview stage (and onwards) of the Trainee Driver programme.

I was going through the process a year ago but I didn't pass the Driving Assessment (clipped the curb on a turn), but I retried this year and passed.

Anyway, I'm now at the interview stage and was wondering if any current drivers who've recently joined can give me any tips.

I believe John was doing his training at a similar time to me last year, so if you're reading this, what kinda stuff do they ask/look for?

I can't remember 100% what I was asked but it is questions like why do you want to work for NX, what skills and qualities do you have for the job. It is also the opportunity to ask any questions you might have
