reading the thread on wn garage that 582 is not a permenant allocation and is in strategic reserve, does this mean that some withdrawn or vehicles that have displaced through allocated fleet changes are able to be kept spare in case of shortages or for example metro replacement etc.

im assuming that un needed vehicles which have been replaced with newer ones would sometimes have decent mot lengths/tax so they can be used as spares at short notice?

I'm sure one of the regular WN B6's had a Walsall blind in last week? there was definitely a B6 with Walsall blinds in it on the 25/27 this week or last
