Around 15:52 opposite the fort shopping centre bus stop there was a orange optare bus parked there with route number 16 on the blinds

Wondering who or what this service is?

I didn't miss Tempo out ;)

I was going to say the Fort Shuttle but just remembered that Thandi operate it with a Plaxton President bodied Trident
