what will be the trigger for the green light for work to start on the Centenary Square extension? As I understand it the majority of the necessary finance is in place. Has the supplementary Transport and Works Act Order for the 'new' alignment been approved? Has the planning application to relocate phone boxes on Pinfold St been approved? It was anticipated that some utilities work would take place during the Spring but that has not happened. With a proposed completion date of 2017 something will have to happen on the ground in the not too distant future.
