Why is it the same driver on the 229 is always 10+ minutes late and its stupid all the others come 1-2 mins late

Liverpool Street

Well maybe he's driving to company standards and not rushing? In addition; that same 229 might hit a certain bottle neck of traffic or high volume of passengers.

You can't get done for being late.

One thing Daimler Mercedes Benz are good at is producing excellent Diesel engines, I do miss the sound of the 0405n for all its faults you couldn't knock that 12 litre engine.

It's the 1st journey of the day all together and it's at 6:55 from roseville when theres NO TRAFFIC

Liverpool Street

There could be dozens of reasons... late leaving garage? No engineers to do a top up .. anything really.

Or possibly no enough running time? Or do you catch it at the first stop?

It starts in sedgley and i get it 10 mins later in roseville and ive got it everyday for the last 5 weeks and it's ONLY when i get that driver it is late

Liverpool Street

Just ask him.

He might have a large drop back which he doesn't want so leaves late to avoid having that break ... that's what I did on morning / late night runs. I know its not the right way of doing things but still...
