New bus garage in Hall street, Dudley Town Centre ?

I over heard two old men talking about a new bus garage opening up in Hall street in Dudley town centre, it's the first I have heard about this, does anybody know if it is true ?

the only place I can think of a garage opening is where the old factory is along Dudley bypass.
