I saw Julie (4177) 2 weeks ago on the 23, hope they haven't messed with her, i think that branding looks grear
Pensnett is my local garage. Favourite bus of all time is Fleetline 6360 (KON 360P).

Liverpool Street

4177 has been on Pershore road for the past few days.

So much for enjoying my retirement lol

One thing Daimler Mercedes Benz are good at is producing excellent Diesel engines, I do miss the sound of the 0405n for all its faults you couldn't knock that 12 litre engine.

I also hear one of the WN B5's will be at Showbus (Think either 5510 or 5515)? Any info tony?

PM

Can't wait to see it at showbus and cant wait to go to showbus as well as it is my first one so hopefully it will be a good one even if some are saying it wont be as good not being at Duxford.

5510 has been entered, but showbus don't get upset or turn you away if you turn up in a different bus. At least one Coventry bus is going and I think one other NX vehicle as well

Trident 4609

When i went to WN garage back in April i was originally told 5515 was the B5 going but it appears 5510 will be going instead

Paint ALL the buses in Cream and Blue instead of that awful unfinished looking red and white !!!!

mranon

I know the cost implications of going to rallies etc, as used to be involved with a couple of preserved pcv.s but wouldnt it look good if 1 of each type was there which is currently in use

If I'm not mistaken, Wythall this weekend is running with a cream and blue theme, something to do with an anniversary?
Now in exile in Oxfordshire....

Yes they are. I believe it's 100years since the first buses and blue and cream appeared.
