Anybody know what the purpose of this is?

Presumably to prove driver arrive on time?

Found on a PB Scania

I assume that this is what the Inspector issues when checking on buses timings. It leaves the Inspector with a record that he has checked the bus and a record the ticket machine that it has been checked.

How it founsd its way to a PB Scania is another issue!

You often see an inspector at a bus stop who will get on board a bus, print one of the tickets, then gets off and writes the details on his clipboard.

Presumably they use them to ensure that buses are running to time or to identify time keeping problems on a route.

Sure one of the drivers on the forum will be able to tell us more!
Pensnett is my local garage. Favourite bus of all time is Fleetline 6360 (KON 360P).

It is a receipt a driver would take if he/she was late off their vehicle for whatever reason so they could claim payment as overtime. It maybe the driver was catching the PB bus home and dropped it.

Why is the service number shown as H46?

It is a way of not confusing the West Bromwich 46 with the Birmingham 46.

Maybe it is a H, instead of an S for Sandwell, referring to the 406H

Why was it found on a Perry Barr Scania if it is from WB E200 813?
