LED/dot matrix malfunctions

From what I can tell 3602s side blind is the only one that ever squashed things up. There were blinds that didn't work (3610 rear and 3608 side after its accident). 3608s is now working though (rear blind missing post accident so won't display anything).

The biggest issue for me was the rear blind glass never being cleaned making them unreadable. The smallest was the masking on 3612s front LED covering the first line.
