I was just wondering about the group structure of Rotala.

Is it still that Blue Diamond / Central Connect is a completely different subsidiary of Rotala that Diamond Bus Company Limited, or have the two subsidiaries merged now?

With both companies now under the 'Diamond' brand I just wondered whether the ownership had changed.

Well, looking at the Diamond Facebook page yes they are now all under the Blue Diamond Legals as in address and phone number, but in reality no Red and Black are still Tividale based and Blue is Long Acre, but Long Acre have the final say as far as I know.
