Does anyone know why the 311/313 were running via Darlaston Road and (I assume) Park Lane at lunchtime yesterday?

I can't really offer much more than a guess of a diversion in place due to something on the Bescot Road/Junction 9. I can tell you that I've been on a 311/313 that has decided to do that route coming from Wednesbury once - was royally confused about it at the time.
