That suggests that R&B registered it commercially.

Only the off-peak trips are subsidised. Diamond currently run the peak journeys commercially.

  Not 100%  sure but i think it  may be additional to the 2l L  As they do not have enough  vehicles  that are dda, and big enough for number of people carried . and  there 291 service is not very good

Just out of curiosity, why do you find the 291 service to be not very good?

It's registered as a coach, so it's fine for use on registered bus services until 1/1/2020
