So in plain language are they merging or not?
I honestly don't know, it's a case of wait and see as to whether they merge or not, I personally don't have that information.

The same info appears on stagecoach investors news.
Assuming I’ve read it correctly?

Looking at the regulatory news it appears NX are buying shares in Stagecaoch?
If i have read it correctly.

Considering it's been said many times that transfer news isn't given out before it happens... sounds like someone is pulling your leg or this statement is made up.
I thought it might be a 3way swap involving AG/WB & PN buts that's just a guess?

Only £3 for NXWM Sandwell & Dudley considering the amount of services & buses they operate that's not bad value for money.

Thought I'd start a thread for NX services in Staffordshire - i.e. the 10A, X3 and X51 (so far!).
PL 5, 10, 15, 16, & 54 also.

There's a few more Citaro's from elsewhere that have been for sale for sometime in the trade press. Not much demand for heavy weight full size singles. Even the 2013 WF & DF Streetlites Rotala returned off lease have remained unsold, same with the ex Yourbus ones at Plaxton Coach Sales.
Aren't yourbus & diamond in someway connected through family brothers I think?????????
