Absolute joke of a service. Waited for the 16.03 no 60 to cannock from heath hayes. The Evora it shouldve been came out of service in Cannock. So the 1425 to lich, which shouldve been the 1603 from heath hayes back to cannock was operated by a telford MMC whixh got as far as Lichfield and didnt come back. Absolutely rubbish reliability as usual !

It was sent as an end of life veichle. Died slightly earlier than planned as the ECU gave out quicker than expected

One of labours first acts was to increase the maximum fee from £2 to £3. That's an increase of 50%.

Oh and why should the govt subsidise privatised firms? If they cant survive in a commercial world without subsidy then they should be publicly owned and run.

Might have guessed you were a Tory. Blaming them for everything?  It was them that sold the buses, railways, utilities off? Deregulation was a disaster. Liebour? Grow up

Public bodies ran Delta Way till it was privatised along with the rest of the NBC by the scum Tories. Deregulation and privatisation has been  a joke.

They can. They can serve notice to the TC of their intention to cease operating in the agreed timescales and notify passengers of their intent.

There'd be the obvious political and public backlash from people who don't use the buses (nowt unusual there!), but if the public were damning my company like this, it's something I'd consider!!!

Maybe if they didnt run a p#ss poor unreliable service people wouldnt damn them!  Some of the comments on here are insane almost like the farepaying public should be grateful for a shit service cos no one else wants to run it ! This is why buses and trains should be a public service and not some privatised cash cow
