I'd go for introducing some sort of Congestion charge.

Yeah, they did miss out. I do wonder how was the roads by former Quinton Police Station for the B7RLE. I know it was mentioned before that particular section was an issue for the likes of B7RLEs. Because now, cars parked on one side thus it made me think the use of E200 SWBs have become regular

Same with the 19 and even E200 LWBs struggle to get through on some of the roads. Do miss seeing the B7RLE there.

Quote from: Stu on November 27, 2023, 08:35:53 PMThen civilised society is doomed, because too many people are either willing to turn a blind eye and say nothing, or they say nothing 'for fear' of retribution.
Good luck getting anything out of made reports.
The faith in making report is shocking at the moment particularly on the Council Estates. I have probably reached out to 10 different places, it worked briefly then the problematic tenants realised they cannot be evicted due to their situation they carried on.

As what Wumpty wrote, it's all down to parenting and attitudes.

It was the E200 LWBs at West Brom. It was interesting to see it at first because (I think) at the time it interworked with the 54/A. Then, it became a regular appearance.

Quote from: 2206 on October 14, 2023, 05:00:27 PMIt did use the smallest vehicles in the fleet as well 7XX. Which would probably fill up quicker than a 49XX or Omnilink.
No, 800s were used and common on the 10.

Quote from: sonic84 on 12/10/2023, 09:10:16I have to say I agree about the 10.If I ever need to get into the city centre during peaks, I always choose the 10 over the 24.  Same for returning back home.To be honest, even more recently when nxwm ran the 10, I was surprised that more people didn't use it.

Every time I drove past, the bus towards the city was half full and that was on the Quinton Road West.

I kind of wished the NX kept just the 10 route but when there were strike days changed the mind.

Quote from: Owen on September 05, 2023, 11:31:52 PMI suggest get the army in to sort out these areas, tow way all the cars parked in the way, reroute the buses to go express till decent areas, Create more inner city cross city services so normal honest people don't have to suffer
Increasing housing rents as well as council tax would be enough to shift them up elsewhere.

Quote from: Ginger66 on June 20, 2022, 04:03:13 PMIf you put fares up you will drive people from bus to car which you don't want to do.  Hopefully it will be a fare drop to encourage passengers to return to buses
Car usage have increased regardless. In my previous address in Welsh House Farm estate, I don't know about passenger loading of 19 anymore but I bet the size of the bus will be reduced due to car parking issue.

Well must say the people in these areas may have quicker routes but deteriorating levels of services over the years. I get it's to do with changing habits bla bla.
22 was every 15 mins
21 every 15 mins
29 was 10 mins etc

It is doing well during the peak hours but daytime, it is kind of a dead. It might be worth trying to split and send half through Harborne High St to make good use out of it just for the daytime.
