This might be a dumb question, but aren't the tendered routes basically ran by TFWM, is there any musts that the 25 must follow route wise etc

I am guessing that 2023 ( BX61LKK, Volvo B7RLE Wright Eclispe 2) is away from it homes depot (WN) to (WA) as it has be seen doing the 29 today and other various routes in walsall yesterday. Anyone got any details on this?
