I've noticed that your EVs, specifically in the Midlands, only operate limited hours, hours lower than a lot of other operators do with their EVs. Is there a reason behind this?

I'm saying this not as a complaint but as a question if anyone knows how this can actually happen. On both google maps and in the station on the departure boards, the 18:41 from Smethwick GB to Worcester SH was displaying as cancelled. Despite this, RTT showed it was very much alive and was on its way. At 18:40, the board changed from Cancelled to On Time, and announced the service as it was pulling in.

Depends where you look - as part of the younger generation, myself and most the rail enthusiasts I know are more into things such as multiple units. That's not to say I have zero interest in locomotives and freight movements, however for example a 323 beats any of that for me.

Have these lot had their appeal yet
