Today on a 529 getting off in Bentley from Wolves, and a 9 branded Arriva Enviro has broken down in the middle of the four way junction by the old Lane Arms pub.

Just a question:

My mate said the other day during a WMDR trip that 350's will be on Walsall-Wolves route, meaning extra 323's off the route will provide extra capacity on Cross City Line? I would love 350's to be on the route full time, best trains going.

Well who knows in the future when the whole of the Chase Line is electrified, 350's may be fully used on the line.

Talking of replacement buses, can West Midland Day Rangers be used on them? As me and my mate on Saturday are doing another outing, there is one between Wolves and Shrewsbury and we was debating about it. If anyone can give a good answer would be appreciated :-D

The 9 seems to be pretty dead lately, even with nice 12 reg buses on it. I see more passengers on the 333X. Tuesday i got on and i was the only passenger on all the way to Walsall just before i got on the 19. I wonder how the Wednesfield depot is going to survive; they have done enough to promote services but they don't seem to be picking many fare paying passengers up.

I am sitting on the 10.31 Walsall to Wolves service on 350107 very rare for Walsall line. I am guessing it is a substitute for a 323 for some reason.

Got on the 10.20 and tbh there was a few fare paying passengers on a W reg Trident. There was 7 passengers at most and I can't see route lasting :-/ shame.

I reckon Rugeley TV. See Pendos and Voyagers speeding past, 350's with its alarm and it's very peaceful.

Hit the nail on the head there and sure the drivers would deserve a break must be 40 odd mile route :-D

This is probably worse than suggestions seen on Facebook (no names mentioned) but here we go.

X45: From Codsall to Binley Woods

It would be express and fast between Codsall, Padget Road, Wolves, Willenhall, Bentley, Walsall, Perry Barr, Birmingham, Birmingham Airport and Rail Station, Coventry and Binley Woods. Would need refueling every couple of journeys, offer suitable fares, every 20 mins. Serve many corridors.

And finally-anything but Dennis Darts :-P

I think this will be comedy to some people,

19 route probably has lack of passengers due to the 89 being dominant between Wolves and Bloxwich. Reality is when you have bus passes that lets you travel on hundreds of routed accross Midlands, Joe Public would use NX because of the availabillity. I have used 19 and noticed that OAP's use it most with very few people without passes maybe are actually fare payers (i.e. £1.90).

Driver on 327, Midland branded Marshall, wearing a t'shirt with graffiti style writing. Very professional.

On 19, went all the way. Noticed several things. The loadings were bigger between Walsall and Bloxwich than Bloxwich and Wolves, the driver was rude to an OAP who was wondering if 19 went to Broad Street, the driver snapped at her and said Bus Station then Lichfield Street; but the driver went straight onto Broad Street.

A passenger said to another that the 560 hadn't turned up; so I had to
explain the 19 has replaced it. I love Joe Public lol.
