Quote from: Glenfieldmathk1 on March 22, 2025, 03:34:03 PMI see 127 is still mostly old E400's today?
Have they got enough electrics now to cover this route in full? (Alongside the 5/5A)? Or are more on order?

I think they're still in the process of rolling them out, no?
There's a few 25 plates out now.

Quote from: 2206 on March 01, 2025, 12:43:45 AMThe FD is a registered public service open to all members of the public and it isn't on the flags but it is shown on the printed timetables I believe.
The X2 journey that stops on Blossomfield Road, I'm not 100 percent sure whether it's on the flags or not, I'll check that one tomorrow.

You could also even the same for the 822 etc registered public services open to all members of the public but none of them are shown on the printed timetables or flags.

Historically, the drivers of the 822 have been very defensive letting members of the public on the bus.

Regardless yes, it doesn't show on the flag/printed timetable. It will show on the electronic screens though.

Quote from: B7RLE on January 27, 2025, 08:39:48 PMAll because vegs were arguing over the livery names on the discord and then site edits, so instead of strict moderation they just removed the livery names 🤦♂️

It's meant to be temporary apparently...

Quote from: GoldenSquid on January 25, 2025, 02:29:16 AMoh the Hannover test sequence thing, if I recall correctly.

When the '67 batch of platinums arrived (before they put announcements on them), all the screen said was DOOR OPEN/Door Closed.

Hopefully they do get to using the NSA equipment on the hybrids sooner rather than later.

Quote from: MasterPlan on January 10, 2025, 07:17:25 AMReminded me of the old Harborne network NSAs with their mixture of voices on stops like Serpentine Road

Serpentine Road - for the number 11 outer circle!

7514's NSAs were not functional at all, just the single dot on the internal screen.

E277 - 23

Obviously I am aware the electrics on BC can be used on other routes, but I believe this is the first time it's ever been on the 23/4 hence why I consider it noteworthy.

Quote from: Mike K on December 11, 2024, 09:59:15 PMIs that even a place? It goes down Sommerfield Road but short workings to there used to show Woodgate Valley Tibbatts Close. I've noticed they've updated some of the short workings on the 23 with Harborne Green Man and California Barnes Hill being recent changes.

Apparently it is now?? I've seen once or twice ever since they rejigged the destinations to remove "via" at the back.

Tibbatts Close makes sense as there's the turning circle just after the stop.
They could also potentially terminate at Plough Avenue (or even Woodgate Valley Country Park) and then use the Clapgate Lane roundabout (before the Old Crown (now Tyndale Walk  ) bus stop.

The only other place could be at Glenside//Sommerfield Road, given that it's a timing point, where it would turn right at the end to run down Sommerfield Road and then rejoin at Stonehouse Lane (with the first stop being Simmons Leasow). It appears that's what happened: https://bustimes.org/vehicles/tnxb-6868?date=2024-12-11#journeys/659897769
