Yes I know what your saying. No need to snap.
Kings Hill is the border. Old Park Road is both Sandwell and Walsall and in Kings Hill. Franchise Street is weird as the Street itself is Walsall but the bins are collected by Sandwell. The streets to the left of Franchise Street are Sandwell and the right is Walsall and all that is Kings Hill.
Woden Road North is Sandwell and classed as the Kings Hill Estate. Darlaston Road (Sandwell part) is Kings Hill.
Beebee Road (Sandwell) is Kings Hill.
So it seems Kings Hill is both Sandwell and Walsall.
The 11 doesnt go along Myvod Road, that's the 13.
The post code for that area is WS10.
Quote from: Jack B on August 05, 2017, 04:30:25 PMYou don't get it Yesterday I posted that I saw a 5E to New Oscott on the front on the Side it said Beggars Bush I thought they were two different area but they weren't lets say someone who doesn't know Wednesbury well and sees a 11 or 13 that says eg 11E Wednesbury and on the front it says 11E Myvod not that it does they would presume they are a different area I know they are not before anyone says that I think they are separate
I used to live on Myvod Road and know how the people pronounce things in the surrounding area.
People around there would never call The Myvod as a place. They would either say Kings Hill or Wednesbury.
Quote from: Jack B on August 05, 2017, 04:22:46 PMI do know I live about 3/5 minutes away from it I'm just using is it as an example
The Myvod is in Wednesbury, about 5 minutes from the town centre. Just the name of the pub and Road. Yes they maybe two separate places as they aren't next to eachother like New Oscott and Beggars Bush.
It would be better if it just displayed 'via Myvod Road' saves all the confusion and hassle.
Quote from: Tony on August 05, 2017, 04:14:30 PMI know Tony I was using it as as an example if it did display it But like yesterday I thought Beggars Bush was a different place to New Oscott
No it doesn't. It says via Myvod on the 13. The Myvod and Wednesbury are different places
Quote from: 2206 on August 05, 2017, 02:37:46 PMWhen I was at WB bus station yesterday I just saw the bus displaying 5E New Oscott it could have changed but I had been boarding 4554 on the 79 and it departed
Does the display not alternate between New Oscott and Beggars Bush?
Like on the 11 how they'd alternate between Ward End and Fox and Goose.
If thats the case then the displays are consistant.
Quote from: Westy on August 05, 2017, 12:14:51 PMExactly Westy for Example if I had never know where the Myvod was and a 11 or 13 camea long and on the front it says 11E Wednesbury or 13E Wednesbury and on the side said Myvod I would probably think it was going to a different place but really it is going to Wednesbury
There really ought to be consistancy on the displays, for this sort of thing.
Quote from: Jack B on August 04, 2017, 10:35:59 PMI didn't know that I thought they were different places
Beggars Bush and New Oscott is the same place. Beggars Bush is the name of the on the pub at the junction by the bus stop, hence why it said Beggars Bush. @BusFan94
