surely a peak frequency of 20 minutes dropping back to every 30 minutes off peak should be considered.
Either that or run a trident on one journey as a 244A and miss out the offending roads.

I caught a 22 just after the 0755 (0647 from Dudley) 244 sailed past so didn't see if there was a duplicate. Possibly a stupid question, but instead of duplicating journeys, could they not put on some additional peak journeys to provide a 15 min frequency at the busiest of times?
