This dealer has a selection of various vehicles for sale including a Routemaster[without an engine or gearbox], a Leyland National "Greenway", a "open-top" Dodge minibus and a variety of older vehicles.  ;D

Do we know the reason why so many bendies were introduced in London ?? [I know a lot of them did not last too long in service.]. Was their introduction all down to "Boris" and politics ??  :-[

Managed not to be spotted yesterday at Halesowen bus station. I saw 18 out of 22 of the new 61xx d/d's - 6112/15/16/22 not seen, but I could have missed these when I took "refreshments" at The Waggon and Horses . . . . . .  ::)   

 N922NAP was still on MRD's premises earlier today - albeit with the rear wheels raised off the ground. As well as the Solo, MRD's two other vehicles were present. Mercs  R901WLG and Convoy YX04LJJ.  :D

The two Vario's that normally operate the stage services are, PEZ3058[S546RWP] and S895SNY. Other vehicles include two LDV Convoys, another Merc - T999GRP and a new[ish] Transit mini-bus. Over the years, this operator has used a wide variety of vehicles in service, including a Talbot Pullman that was new to Midland Red West at Digbeth. 8)

The guy is covering his a**e , to coin a phrase. Over many years of visiting depots from large "pte" garages to "one coach operators", I reckon my buddies and I heard almost every reason for not being given permission - always accepted gracefully I might add. "The boss is not here", followed a few weeks later at the same depot, "The boss is on site".  8)

Former 002 branded 30806 (WX58 FRV) has made an appearance in Kidderminster today the blue paintwork was gleaming on the 3's and X3 but the hanover displayed "Welcome Aboard" and a piece of paper was in the window displaying "X3".

Still displaying the X3 paper but nothing in the "blind" today and having problems re-starting in Bromsgrove bus station around 11.15.  Bus full of unhappy looking passengers.  :o

Coachleasing have also had coaches on the Leomington > Banbury rail replacement services of late.  :o

 In the best part of 3 hours today I logged 30 vehicles on replacement work [or standing by] at Leomington Station. By then some of the first ones I had seen depart for Banbury had started to return and I was also starting to feel the cold. :o

A photo on Flickr shows it as a Bova, working for Hazel of Northlew who I believe either downsized their fleet last year or ceased trading altogether. :-[
