Is anybody using the v buses every one I have seen has been nearly empty, same as the cars seems like less people going to V by the look of the traffic on the roads

The problem for buses is people are not going into town anymore, look at Wolves, look at Stafford etc, a lot of buses are running with hardly anybody on them. In wolves in the last week Mothercare closing, BHS on Wednesday. Arriva are withdrawing or reducing the services because of customer demand. 30 years ago the 892/3 as it was would be full on a Saturday coming out of Albrighton to Wolves now it's dead, where have all the people gone you may ask. A lot of it is online I work for a delivery company & parcels are increasing your on year, more and more people are ordering online.  City & towns don't help themselves look at Stafford all they are doing is moving the  shops from one end to another, a few new shops are coming well 2 the rest are relocating, the north of Stafford will be dead once Marks moves out, the guildhall is empty, the same in Wolves they are building a new debs & H and M are coming but it's going to need more than that to bring people back into town..

There's another 10 months of it yet.

Why that then is it a 2 year contract, the 54 still seems to be doing alright

Extend the X51 to Cannock every 30 minutes, did but this down in the review.  NXWM would make a killing both on journeys from Cannock to Walsall & Cannock-Walsall-Birmingham cannot believe they missed this chance.

Thats what I do not understand they pay huge sums of money to extend the metro, moving the buses out what people did not want, but something like this that would have been used gets scrapped, Crazy. Years ago they had a station at Dudley town

because arriva run old trains, have you ever seen or been on there trains I have, same with the buses, because DB are trying to save money

That's a shame was looking forward to GHA on Shrewsbury locals, what happened anybody know why, the new timetables where on there website last week so it must have been a sudden thing.

Limited stop buses to Chelmsley Wood,  thing it was the 962 via the collector road thing they ran up to the light 90s, used to take half the time it takes now & they where well used.  To my knowledge there is no buses along the collector road now what a waste, thats what it was buit for to get people from Birmingham to Chelmsley Wood fast

I think it is a good idea to reroute a bus through Bentley bridge, many people go there proberly more than Wednesfield town, wish they would reroute some 59 services through new cross, the hospital is getting bigger more people go there but the bus service to it has to be one of the worst in the country. Years ago diamond did try operated the 59H but gave up on it without really trying.
