Looking at the timetable on bustimes.org for the AirCoach service it looks like the PVR is 3 minibuses will be used with the other one acting as a spare?

The timings seem a bit tight to me just over 70 mins each way.

Today (31st August).. the first time an electric has been used on service 13W..
Interestingly 54 is being run today by mostly single deckers? Maybe Leicester buses news was incorrect when it said 8 DD's for 54?

Certainly at least 18 double deckers are due, a number of the streetdecks have departed so they're using what they've got for now. 

Interior branding is being fitted to the electrics with a few done so far, the branding is just basic ticketing info with Leicester Buses logo and the panel behind the driver features pictures of a Leicester landmark.

63557 is one that's been branded and features St Georges Tower (the blue one at the bottom end of Charles Street)

All kites are apparently now here (according to bus times)..
Tuesday will see New weekday times, with full PVR.. so will be interesting to see what's allocated where!

Yes they're all now at Abbey Lane with the illusive 63531 understood to be the last one entering into service today.

the 14's are getting ridiculously full yet deckers run near enough empty elsewhere 🙄

Does anyone know if the EMA contact has ended or is it just the buses don't track anymore as nothing has tracked since 11th August

Highly unlikely as it's peak travel season

Maybe as they're not registered services (private contracts) that's why they don't track same with BHX3

I thought that too.. 104 bus leaves fosse park in the evening before it's arrived at fosse park! (Unless they now plan to run 2 buses all night and have massive wait / layovers?).

Looks like the short 50 and 104 will interwork during the evenings with some layover between them 🙄

Are the service changes listed anywhere yet?
Can't find any info online, and even Leicester buses website doesn't mention any info about them .. just says the service that's changing but doesn't explain the changes..

Looking at most its small adjustments but service 51 is losing most of the later evening buses to add a short 50 working to Fosse Park 😞

Hinckley changes are listed including the withdrawal of local services 1 & 2

No Streetlites in service today.. (Friday 21st July)
Just leaves the saffron diesel single deckers left! Rest electric!
No movement of any DD's yet. But I guess that will happen next?

Doubt any of the double decker fleet will go anywhere just yet as not all of the single deck electrics are here or in service.

Although if bustimes.org is to be believed a number of streetdecks haven't been used for a few days but that could be down to the lower summer frequencies

Thursday 6th July.. the first day since Centrebus took over 22 that all 4 vehicles are double deckers. Hopefully more days like this to come.
912 back out after a while off road.

578 has also returned to service too after nearly 2 months off 

Centrebus have sent some larger single deckers down to Luton this week on loan for graduation services so probably why the 22 has had all 4 deckers in use

I have noticed several kites don't have tap on tap off readers installed yet, i'm guessing they are taking them off of the old buses when they leave and putting them onto the kites

Quite a few of the readers are out of use so they could be waiting for replacements? Arriva have some out of use too.

You can still tap off at the front though

Centrebus are launching a 128 next week. It's essentially the 2 between Barrow and Leicester (just via Abbey Lane).
Elsewhere from 16th July - Vectare have registered changes and are launching a 2N between Leicester and Loughborough..
Seems strange, even Leicester city council wanted the route axing as too duplicated with Arriva / First but now look.. 2 operators resuming it? Good move? Or not?

I understand that the Centrebus 128 is to be worked with the same bus that works the peak time the 866 (Loughborough to Sutton Bonington) 

Have Vectare released a timetable for the 2X/2N?

As the routes will only use the A6/Abbey Lane within the Leicester City area I doubt the City Council would be to bothered about it.

Some changes have been registered for the start of summer holidays.
I cannot see what has changed with 14/A, but 18, 74 & 88/A/E have all had slight reduction (74 & 18 switching to only every 30 mins) Mon-Fri. 13 has had further evening changes to better line up buses for the Optimus Point Warehouses, but no changes to daytime or Sunday.

14/14a are dropping down to every 15 mins each during the off-peak daytime.
