Many thanks for the help I had no problem finding the right page from settings but I had no access to a key pad or a cursor to allow me to enter a pin or user name without losing the first page again.. The train tracker system is easy to use on a desktop but cant figure out how to find the info on a smart phone.
Quote from: Tony on July 04, 2021, 06:00:58 PMSo all vehicles will be based at WA, and use both the Walsall and Tyseley facilities then?
Fuelling facilities are being installed at Walsall garage as well as Tyseley, but Tyseley isn't ready yet either
Quote from: bbs on July 04, 2021, 03:05:56 PMI'm asking you the question. Why do you think that speed humps would damage batteries? We're all a bit intrigued into why you think that.
Oh right.
Quote from: bbs on July 04, 2021, 12:13:05 PMWhy would that be a problem? What has the positioning of batteries got to do with speed humps? Electric vehicles travel over speed humps without damaging their batteries, so why would this be the case for a bus?
if there next to the wheels then wouldn't that be a problem?
Quote from: windy miller on June 28, 2021, 05:07:19 PMAccessing wifi on buses works pretty much the same as in your own home. Firstly, open up the wifi page on your phone settings, and a list of available wifi networks will appear. Then, select the wifi network for the operator you're using. You'll be asked to input some details (name, email address etc) then, you should be good to go.
can someone explain to me how I can get free Wi-fi on west mids buses?
I am a complete novice with smart phones I have a PAYG chip which
is telling me I have no credit available. despite paying £10 but I haven't made
a call/text yet. I dont have access to the net either so where has all the credit gone ?
I have a BT phone/unlimited broadband facility which should allow me
access to hot spots or (at least) free access in my own home but that
doesn't appear to be working either help
Quote from: Mike K on June 22, 2021, 11:11:39 PMThe roadworks are on schedule, and should be completed by the end of the year.
Yep, clearly states that it's a temporary change due to the ongoing works in Perry Barr. Would be madness to change route numbers. It's really not complicated.
Quote from: Bob on June 19, 2021, 11:20:44 AMA Metrocity passed me on the first journey yesterday morning. They should really be the allocation for it, as they're perfectly suited to interurban work like the X14.
So on the X14 today theyve stuck FD52 GGU....The oldest bus currently in service....in old Arriva livery....and one thats broke down a few times recently too. Great marketing 🤣🤣🤣🤣 Not like there were a dozen red buses they couldve used.....
Quote from: Westy on June 15, 2021, 12:46:10 PMYes, there's 5 routes (4 direct) that run between Telford & Oakengates. Between Telford & Priorslee, Arriva's 14 service, subsidised by T&WC, covers exactly the same route as Chaserider (Arriva serve Gatcombe Way & Salisbury Avenue additionally) so there's no real need for the X14 to be routed via Priorslee either.
Why not just run it to & from Telford Bus Station?
Arriva haven't axed all their routes in Telford surely?
They must run themselves between Oakengates & Telford BS themselves?
Quote from: Solo1 on May 31, 2021, 09:18:49 PMAt a guess, the 210 (when it resumes in June) and the 400.
