2094 and 2110 on the 246. Consecutive running boards as well.

2110 replaced 4191

@pndriver... wow, that much of an impression, huh?

Yeah, it's got a whine like a metrobus when you slow down too

After driving this bus for the second time in service today all I can say is wow. It is far more superior than the MMC's. Feels more powerful, smooth acceleration. Brakes take a bit of getting used to but you have more control over slowing down and stopping. The interlock all be it a puzzle is actually quite quick to get off and faster than the MMC's. It is by far the best bus I have ever had the pleasure to drive, if it were up to me I would replace the whole Pensnett fleet with these.

The only thing I liked about the MMC's was the heating system , it warms up fast......... That is nothing compared to 3301, turn the heating up full in this and it's like being in Barbados. Fuel consumption wise, I'd say it's pretty good. Having left the garage this morning with 100% it still had 61% left when I handed over to my relief not long ago. Unfortunately my relief driver wasn't type trained and has now gone back to garage with 4193 taking its place.

Overall 10/10

No it doesn't. Im sorry but ive seen plenty of Thandi 311 that are normally on stand for 3 mins before leaving! They don't leave in front of NX either. It may just be a coincidence that when you saw it it was infront of the NX one.

I wasn't saying they all do it. I've seen them on the stand. Im saying that driver did. It was the way I wrote it sorry

Thandi 311 comes up castle hill into Birmingham street unloads then enters bus station. Doesn't go round to stand and leaves straight up porters field in front of NX 311

One of Banga's drivers attempted to get in front of the NX 82 on wrens nest estate earlier, instead or turning right into summer road he carried on to the top of wrens nest road but failed to get in front. He got infront of my X96 then conveniently forgot to turn left when he got to the mini roundabout in laurel road and carried on along laurel road turned left at hazel road and pulled out into traffic on priory road and finally got infront of the NX bus only to get into Dudley bus station with no passengers and then parked up.......... Any point ?

Simple internet search http://www.digitalcameraworld.com/2012/04/14/photographers-rights-the-ultimate-guide/

Personally I don't have a problem with it.... Tbh im probably photographed more than some other drivers are. I can see where other drivers are coming from though, it is a stressful job and people aren't always in the mood to have their photo taken.

P.S. Can the idiot that uses a bright flash on their camera at halesowen bus station at night please use some common sense. This is dangerous which should speak for itself.

I made the same journey. The gearbox changes up very early, doubtless to save fuel. But from a standing start it got into top gear climbing Drews Holloway. Now that's just showing off! The only downside was rattling and squeaking panels - downstairs at the back the bodywork had a surprising amount of movement on bumpy roads. Still, most impressed - more please!

Driven like a manual it drives perfectly, same as the B7's.
