Rule 223 in the Highway Code:
https://www.gov.uk/guidance/the-highway-code/road-users-requiring-extra-care-204-to-225#rule223

Its a shame that many motorists seem unaware of the Highway Code, judging by the standards of driving I see everywhere now...
I know this post is quiet old but I haven't visited the forums for a while, it's been debated that there are two key words in the Highway Code and that is "must" "should" former being optional and last one being you have to, most drivers roll the bus forward gaining momentum and someone eventually lets you out.

The E400MMC DLC released yesterday, so naturally, I've been working on some NXWM stuff. This one isn't finished, as it still needs the Evening5 price branding on the sides and front, but it's getting there.

position of the n/s mirror is wrong, nearly the whole fleet of nxwm buses use extended mirrors, good work though

Is the oldbury rota going to be permanently run by wb and pn, drivers seem to forget what route their on and take the 12a route up tower road instead of carrying along new Birmingham road and up city road
