It still does to this day, though it is the 12 service now.

As I pointed out earlier in the thread, when I was younger it was the Metrobuses that struggled up City Road. The more modern vehicles don't have this problem.

Type in 2646 metrobus on YouTube and you will see a metrobus struggling on the 120. Remember watching the video years back.

Suprised to see a First Bristol branded 1 Whiteladies Road E400MMC on the Aston Expressway working rail replacement in Birmingham. Could be a regular thing but just seemed unusual

I know this vehicle is with DBNW but just seen an older pic where it was at Irvines inbetween Arriva and Rotala. I noticed its n bus sticker on the front. Did the vehicle spend some time with Arriva in the West Mids.

Going off subject slightly in that old map picture there is a mention of a 402E, not been from Walsall I've never heard of this route, does anyone know where it went

I would assume the 402E was the short working variation of the 402 which was Tipton to Walsall along with the 401 Bilston to Walsall. The West Bromwich to Walsall section got replaced with the 405 (45 today) . Hence why diamond bus Yew Tree service is called the 401E

51 just gone along the Walstead Road (45 route) looks to be on diversion with an incident along the Birmingham Road
