Will the proposed extended 58 continue to interwork with the 31?

According to PSV Circle fleet lists in June 2005 there were 381 Metrobuses owned, including those withdrawn from service, and in January 2009 183.There are plenty of 3XXX numbers available after 3305 but the ex Travel London Darts 3601 to 3614 complicate things.

Tony has made it clear that fleet numbers are currently not being repeated, but what is the cut off date for this. For example recently delivered 7000 was once a Fleetline.

I was in Edinburgh last week and travelled on several of the new 100 seaters. They do seem short of disabled/buggy space but are great people movers especially as they are used on cross city services. I also travelled on 207, one of the 400H's converted to straight diesel. It seemed to be coping well in service and had reasonable acceleration. Does anyone know if they have retained the 4cylinder engine? I thought it sounded like it, but could not confirm it.

I travelled on 734 on the A12 this morning and it seemed strange to go on a NXWM vehicle with a non standard interior. I don't think there have been any second hand vehicles in the fleet of NXWM or any of its predecessors since the last DMS's were withdrawn in 1986.

Landflight seemed to be short of drivers today .At least 2 duties not running this morning.

73's being diverted away from Horell road this morning. I could not see why when travelling on the route but the driver suggested an accident was the cause.

Yesterday and today the 60 is not going up Cranes Park Road, but going on to the Radleys to turn round at the island. I couldn't see any reason for this.

6706 on the 73, left the Yew Tree at 1112 for Solihull.

I see 4287 has been withdrawn, probably the one which hit the tree in Horrel Road. Can the euro6 equipment from it be fitted to 4667 or 4672 which haven't been converted yet?
