I am very relieved that the 907/33/934-7 won't be going via the Law Courts again, that used be terrible and very time consuming and would leave the bus lane under Lancaster Circus not used and redundant. I would of preferred the 907 staying where it is but I'm fairly satisfied with this.

Quote from: Tony on December 10, 2024, 07:31:47 AMSimilarly pedants will say it's not an Oh. I agree it doesn't sound right,  but it's a no win. Perhaps the service number needs changing
To be honest the amount of times a 33 has beaten the 907 to Perry Barr on my journey home is a lot, maybe it could be renumbered 32

E195 on 907
The announcement says "nine zero seven", I'm sorry but I hope this gets changed, doesn't sound right at all!

Why is Perry Barr using single deckers on a Saturday? There can't be a shortage of double deckers as the PVR is less on Saturdays !

Some of these changes are quite interesting, I like the idea of using the 6xx series again, I've always thought that bus services that are 'entirely' subsidised by TfWM should all be in the 6xx series and advertised to that fact if you see a service in the 6xx it means use it or lose it, it would make passengers more aware. I am however struggling with the use of number 188, I don't know where that has come from., it doesn't make much sense

40838 at Selfridges bus stop at 0722 for the 0724 departure, the destination screen went blank and it left after the driver shaking his head at a passenger who wished to catch it (not realising it was 'supposedidly' not in service). But according to bus times it left Selfridges at 0736!

Quote from: Jack on November 12, 2024, 01:53:11 PMIts awful, the E200's at WB look orange now.

The Crimson should've stayed in favour of dreary grey.
If the Crimson livery was cost effective it would still be used now

Quote from: ellspurs on November 10, 2024, 10:31:44 AMThe grey is a nod to the brutalist 60s architecture that used to make up a lot of Birmingham's skyline.
What sort of comment is that ?

Quote from: BBS on November 09, 2024, 01:34:27 PMUpper saloon, there the top window is, there is a powered by zenobe sticker which on the Coventry elevtrics is at the top of the rear dest, and the curved lightning connecting lights at the bottom
Does it really matter ?

Quote from: Tony on November 09, 2024, 11:37:53 AMI don't understand those comments about the back & rear.
I wonder if he means the lower saloon where there is no back window ?

Quote from: Axsn24 on November 03, 2024, 07:56:17 PMI am, just curious when they'll come as it's quite a significant delay. Since some garages have VERY old buses
The delay is out of NX's control, I've been interested in buses for nearly fifty years, in most of that time period there were delays with new bus deliveries, we had it with the fleetlines in the 1970's, the Mk 2A Metrobuses in the late 1980's and there were other occasions as well. It is not an unusual occurrence.

We are investing £150 million in 300 UK-made electric zero emission buses, for delivery by the end of December 2024. The buses will be deployed across the West Midlands"
This was a order from around Jan 2023. I heard 170 were E400EV's and 130 were Electroliners. With not even 1 Electroliner delivered, the target is surely missed right?
Why can't you just be patient and just wait ?
