National Express West Midlands / Contactless Ticketing
August 29, 2021, 09:02:13 PM
Sorry for the question but is anyone else being charged £4.60 for contactless daysavers since July 19th despite the price reduction. I only checked my statement today and realised it. I have contacted nx, waiting for a reply but I wanted to ask here to see whether it was just me.

Just had a look on my news feed and it's come up that Andy Street expects customers to continue wearing masks on public transport after 19th July. Based on this, can I assume NX are following this guidance and that masks are mandated but not by law?

National Express West Midlands / Sprint

I'm not sure where to put this so I started a new topic but NXWM seem to have won the contract for operating sprint with articulated vehicles introduced in 2023. https://www.tfwm.org.uk/news/national-express-to-run-zero-emission-sprint-bus-services/

Good to see 28 frequency going up from the new year
Strange to se NX aren't taking over the daytime section to Small Heath. Does anyone know who is and from when cause I thought evergreen had their licence stripped?

I was just wondering if anyone had any stats as to the least used services in the West Midlands both generally and for NX as I can't find anything online.

Does anyone have any idea as to what other routes they could convert to west midlands bus? I was thinking about the 4 in Walsall but also NX double decker routes like the 16 and 50.
