I've just opened my email account and found a message from fotopic saying that i have the ability to download my photos from my old website> However I do not understand this bit

I wondered if anybody has also recieved the email and how to solve the above
I think if you can remember your old password you don't need that. It is just a way of recovering it if you cannot remember
