Post by: The Transport Youtuber on May 02, 2025, 06:03:36 PM
dont rlly understand why we have these, and what are the differences between these times 1 minute..

even if there was a friday timetable why does it not have a different column.

The different timings, I could maybe understand. But the layout of the timetables at the bus stop displays really is atrocious. I'm a strong believer in making public transport easy and accessible for all. And the timetable display is neither.

Completely agree. Those combined timetables with Mon-Thurs only and Fri only journeys are truly horrific and almost impossible to read. Why they can't have separate timetables for Mon-Thurs, Fri, Sat, Sun, I don't know.

one thing nxwm do correctly is that they dont put the fares on the bus stop unlike cardiff where fares can be outdates when there are fare changes and a new paper has to be printed out, it also doesnt apply to other companies.

how significant are these friday changes? what i notice for some bus stops it shows as exactly the same time e.g 13:44 [1] mon to thu 13:44 [2] Friday only. could they not integrate those times

then at the peak times or when neccesary 17:01 [1] 17:04 [2] for example. remember a timetable i read which had 3pm -> 5pm journeys in pink and red. pink being during the termtime and red during the holidays

takes abt 30 seconds to process wt is on the bus stop mon -> fri as opposed to sat and sun

It just shows a blank screen with a grey stop sign for me.
