I wonder if will see more consolidation in the marketplace , with commercial services looking even more unattractive. 

Wonder which services would be at risk?

It was rhetorical question unlikely to happen now if deals goes through.

The original suggestion without funding being provided past its current end date, was of potential cuts in Pvr in the hundreds & multiple garage closures. Thankfully, that sounds like it's been avoided.
