Just been having a read of details of suppliers and operators who will, in some form, be present at the exhibition at the NEC in a few days time. Many psv operators will be there with vehicle orders in the pipeline and many vehicles are scheduled to be on show. Given that this premium exhibition is here in the West Midlands was somewhat surprised that NXWM doesn't appear to be mentioned anywhere in the exhibition details. I'm aware of the E334 rumours but doesn't appear to get a mention anywhere in the literature. Can't believe NX won't be present in any way or am I missing something?

The show is more about companies trying to sell 'stuff' to operators, rather than operators exhibiting their own services.
I don't see any other bus operators in the exhibitors list either.
I'm sure that if NX's E334 is on display, it will be part of the Alexander Dennis exhibit.
No doubt there will be people from NX in attendance.
According to BUSES magazine, Alexander Dennis will be exhibiting one of the Transdev Harrogate E400EVs on their stand, along with a London-spec E100EV; the latter being revealed on their social media pages earlier today.
In regards to E334, last I heard, it has completed the build stage and was spotted on road test but still awaits a trip to the paint shop.
I can confirm that E334 has NOT attended euro bus expo, instead transdev one was used.

Shame really. Heart of NXWM operations. Would have been good to have a pristine vehicle on display.

When Harrogate placed their order it would always be one of those

You kept saying E334 would be ag euro bus expo.
I don't really go on the forum much recently I've been working and just haven't had much time to check the forum so apologies.

I have never said any such thing

Always going to be Transdev it's top specification

Surely not suggesting that NXWM aren't going for top spec vehicles? Reality is that we all know the answer to that in the current circumstances. Given that savings are being achieved on livery costs highly unlikely that top spec vehicles are on the agenda!
Seeing Transdevs one will national express so for standard layout, I like the way the transdev one is layed out, with the 2 tables for the downstairs back seats and then upstairs with the 2 and 1 seating layout, and not to forget the 2 wheelchair bays, I'm assuming national express will go with rear facing seats downstairs at the back possibly 1 wheelchair bay and then the 2 and 2 seating upstairs, and I wonder if national express will go for the sun roof

I very much expect 334 to have an interior spec like every other new bus. To be honest, I'm extremely surprised the 'leather' trim has survived so long. I'd have thought all moquette would have taken over by now. Interested to see how 6717 appears after refurb.

And no doubt you would soon complain about the lack of seats

As far as I know I think a lot of new buses nationwide seem to have full leather seats these days as standard Stagecoach, Arriva etc. I was on Diamond 32329 last week and that's had a "leather" retrim and repaint into brighter diamond livery before it was put into service.
NX have the part leather and moquette.
Some photos and observations from the show in Roger French's latest blog:

That "tram bus" looks completely impractical to me as well, I hope TfWM don't consider a bendy version for Sprint.

32329 was acquired with leather seats, this was done at Transdev.

Looks a good bus and can be charged at terminals so less need to charge in garage.
