Title: Electric buses and people with disabilities

With national express coventry using electric buses, what steps are being taken for raising awareness for people who have disability's and may have problems with the buses being Quiet and for people who use guide dogs?

All electric vehicles make a noise below 15mph, not sure what the guide dog problem is.

guide dog probably got more brains than half the veg out there
