Post by: Solo1 on October 17, 2021, 10:18:07 AM
Taken from their Facebook page about today's show NOT ON Important! The Running Day has been cancelled at the last moment, due to an outbreak of Covid-19 at the Museum. We have no option, and have tried to advise as many people as possible individually, but please, if you haven't been contacted, don't come! Any queries please ring 01922 454761.

On a sad note, Dave Wall, who was a long time supporter and trustee for Aston Manor, now Aldridge Transport Museum, sadly passed away on Sunday. Many people will know him from his days at TWM and North Birmingham Busways. Please note this had nothing to do with the cancellation of the event, it was a seperate issue.

Very sad - a number of prominent preservation people passed away recently including David Harvey, transport author and owner of Crossley 2489 (now with the Transport Museum Wythall).
