Title: School services open to the public from 28th June

While looking to see if there was anything about the 11 found a website item item issued yesterday ;

Not only NXWM.  Stagecoach Midlands are doing the same from (or perhaps more accurately, after) this weekend: -

Is this going to be a national thing?

Yes, now any bus can be at near normal capacity there's no need to keep adults off school buses, and you cannot claim BSOG unless it is open to everyone
