Does anyone know any routes (all operators) that interwork? I'll start off with some that I know of:
Arriva: Telford - 1&2, 5/A & 6, 8 & 297, 13 & 19, 113 & 114/5/6 Shrewsbury - 2 + 12 & 3A, 8 & 20, 23 & 26, 24 & 25, 64 & 164, 436 & 9, 544 & 546, 738 & 740
Banga: 52 & 53 (some 545 journeys interwork around lunchtime to allow for driver breaks on 52/53)
Diamond: 16 & 16W, 30 & 74A, 42 & 43, 68A & 68C,
NX - WN 15 & 16

X20/X21/X22, 58/31, 5/73 and some late night 55's interworked with the 17, not sure if they do with the temporary timetable at the minute though.
Do the PN 18/19 still interwork?
The PN 10/28, 17/57 and 14A/24 interwork

Not sure about the 18/19. I did have a feeling that there was something in Stourbridge that interworked.
Claribels 167 & 168 interwork
The 10S and 54(A?) interwork and I know some 23/4 boards interwork as well.
Does 82/87 interwork

Does 82/87 interwork
Yes
Others that interwork at WB 42/43, 12/A&13/A, 47&49 (evenings), 40&46 (Sunday), 45&46 (evenings)
The 29 and 70A interwork during the day, can't remember whether it's the Bloxwich or Blakenall shorts on the 29 that interwork with the 70A.
The 7 and 41 interwork on Saturdays.
The 11/11A did but I'm not sure if they still do since they took over the 81
The 4/4H/4M interwork on weekdays and on Saturdays just the 4 and 4H interwork.
The 3/3A interwork.
The 8/X8 interwork.
I'm fairly sure the 8/8A/9 interwork too, but I could be wrong.

I didn't think the 4H inter worked on weekdays either?
On normal timetables the 65 and 67 Saturday daytime services interwork

From my observation they did, but I could be wrong, but I'm sure the boards on it mix around so I could of got confused.

WN4/6 (Sundays)
WN5/10 (evening and Sundays)

27/81 (Monday to Sunday). They interwork with the 11 Monday to Saturday evenings.
32/33 interwork with the 79 Sunday daytime, 11 on Sunday evening.
That was on a typical timetable before the current measures. From tomorrow there will be some different interworkings in place.
I suppose while we are on the topic, it might be worth discussing the operational benefits of Interworking and why certain routes are better of interworking as opposed to running to separate routes with their own vehicle requirements etc...
I reckon this would give many members here a better insight into the operations.

I would find this really interesting. First and Midland Red West used to do a lot of interworking in Kidderminster and Redditch.
Town services in Caerphilly interwork between one and another. For instance, a bus working on the A will go onto a trip on route B and vice versa. Buses on the F-which serves the estate I live on-interwork with either the C and D or E depending on the time they are running.
Virtually all First Kidderminster services interworked save the 192
293/4 -303/4
2 -3
1- 7 -10
4-5-297
192E-233-294
123/4-295
133 - 22
Virtually rotas save the Centro contracts were interworked

The purpose of interworking is to maximise the use of a driver and bus. In other words, it is to save money basically. For example, in Shrewsbury, routes 2 (Shrewsbury-Hawthorne Estate) and 12 (Shrewsbury-Kingswood Estate) interwork. They both operate an hourly frequency. The 2 is a 20 minute round trip, so to save a driver sitting around for 40 minutes, they drive the 12 which is a 40 minute round trip.

Can anybody tell me if it's the 28 shorts that interwork with the 10s? If so how does that work as the 10A is at 5 past with the 28 Halesowen also being at 5 past and the 10C being at 35 with the other 28 (shorts) also being at 35.

Pre virus timetable the XX08 28 off Merry Hill goes onto the XX35 10C, which goes onto the XY05 10A then does the XY35 28 short.
The 28 full journeys are standalone
