My Question is that where do the buses go because it would affect the 23, 24, X3, X4, X5, X14, 33, 51/X51, 907, 934-7, 997 and possibly the 2, 3, 4/A, 5, 6, 45 and 47.

Buses can use the same roads as trams, as they do at Paradise circus

I'm glad to hear it, I should imagine the road would have to be widened a bit each side otherwise in peaks Lower Bull Street will go from slow moving through those pedestrian lights (by the X51, 907 stop) to not moving at all
But where will all the school kids go to be anti-social?

Well at least that's one less McDonalds for the Birmingham Mail to keep plugging. ;D
In all honesty, this is probably fantastic news, and with the removal of that one single fast-food outlet, one might see levels of anti-social activity plummet in that particular area.
