This is expected to be the opening fleet

The 'A' before the fleet number reminds me of when WMPTE took-over the municipal fleets in the late 60s/early 70s. Prefixed rather than a suffix this time.

A stands for Accessible, and every vehicle is renumbered, not just having an A stuck in front of the old number

Why have the ex ATG Solo and E200 been allocated fleetnumbers, 323 - 327 and 729 - 730?
Do NX have any plans to use them at some point?
They'd probably be more suitably sized vehicles for the 10/10H and 36, than what is currently used.

They're a long way off meeting National Express standards so won't be used for a long time if at all

It's been inspected at Miller Street, along with YJ10 EYR which may become 327, to see if it is worth purchasing to add to the NXWM training fleet. At the moment those are still owned by the Administrators of ATG

You've got them all down as already acquired with the July NXWM changes:

Yes. It's not often a cheap bus comes available with only 75,000 miles on the clock!

The MMCs are Dawsons, the 83xx are Mistral. Bus enthusiasts generally record who is 'looking after' a vehicle or who's op disc it Carrie's. Not who owns it as that is generally unknown. For instance all Levantes new from 2011 are owned by various banks

I know the 8354 etc were new to NX ops from Mistral & leased hence their MX regs. I though the fleet changes were based on NX 'official status'.
I.e. the NXWM July changes have allocated them fleetnumbers & says they're acquired, but then on Facebook your posting the following:
Tony Hunter They have not been purchased yet, but I will be moving some of them for inspections to see if they are worth purchasing...They're either acquired/leased/rented & taken in to fleet or not - i.e. do NX often allcoate fleet numbers to stuff they've not yet bought / added to fleet yet.....?

They are on the list of vehicles NX are responsible for from 1/8/19. Several vehicles still on site, mostly 56 & 07 plate Mercs aren't on that list and are returning to Dawson Rentals.

The application for an o-licence appeared in N&P 2411 (30/8), repeated in N&P 2425 (06/12) with all the conditions added and finally published as granted in 2443 (10/04).
;
My interpretation is that the licence was granted in December and put in the wrong section - presumably operators are advised direct rather than waiting for it to appear in N&P?

As think Flexibus uses Solos on the contracts that they run to Solihull.

I've no idea. It isn't electric, and to drive appears just like an SR
Found this on the Allison site; looks as though xFE stands for 'Extra Fuel Economy'

What happened to 8354 and 8355 (MX61 BBE/F)?

What happened to 8354 and 8355 (MX61 BBE/F)?
IIRC they were on lease so I believe they were returned.
Is SK15HBG (8378) with NEAT now? It's just passed me on Great King Street North, devoid of any University of West London branding
One of their drivers was at Ward End, Fox & Goose this morning asking bus passengers for a "Coneywood Lane, B34 and how he can get there".
And if this is "Bromford Lane, B34", though I think Ward End & Alum Rock are B8 postcodes anyway.
I put it into the map just now and only similar name that comes up is Coneyford Road, Shard End, B34 so presume that's the one & he is lost.

Will the Warks services that National Express Accessible Transport run (203, 209, 210, 211, 213, 220, 241 & 496) ever track on the likes of bustimes, and what buses do NEAT use on those routes (I know 755 has tracked once or twice on the 220/241, but does anyone know what else they use)?

Fair enough. Thought I'd mention it as A112 (AN), A137 (AN), A166 (AN), A179 (RR), A216 (RR), A248 (CY), A690 (RR), A946 (CY) were also present & now listed at FY as per your update, leaving A137 as the odd one out.

Just wondering why NEAT is never mentioned or updated on the forum anymore, is it still part of NX ?

It's still part of NX. no doubt Tony has enough work to do keeping everything else up-to-date.

Seems to be a much reduced fleet, if I'm correct have they lost work or just given it up

They didn't quote for the Birmingham home to school contract
A416 appears to be named PAT, its a rough old heap, seats are too close for anybody over 5 foot, suspension is rock hard, ive been unlucky enough to get this one twice in 3 wks, on the flip side, A1044 is so smooth, very comfortable, inner seats by the window are too close but isle seats have more leg room, dunno why ?

Why another poor purchase? Bought the assetts cheap of the administrator, kept important services running that no one else would and ended up with a nice coach garage close to Digbeth. Just decided the Birmingham Council contract wasn't worth doing again.
Where's the stuff from frankly

You're also conveniently forgetting the impact that Covid had in changing travelling patterns for the likes of The Kings Ferry & Clarkes that were built around their commuter services.

Naming and shaming people who cannot reply is not only against forum rules. It is extremely rude.
This forum is not a place for complaints of that nature. The company is.
